TerraMai’s Premium Grade Reclaimed Teak Engineered Flooring & Paneling combines the heritage of old-growth teak with a more refined, controlled aesthetic. Sourced from vintage structures throughout Southeast Asia, each plank carries the density, durability, and tight grain that only decades-old teak can provide—while presenting a cleaner, more uniform appearance.

Premium Grade is carefully selected and milled to minimize visual distractions. Natural character is present but restrained: knots are tight and sound, sapwood is excluded from the face, and larger voids or mortise pockets are not permitted. Nail and fastener holes, along with occasional bore holes, are prefilled to create a smooth, consistent surface without erasing the material’s origin.
