We have developed a Materials Bid contract to ensure both clients and TerraMai are subject to fair terms while transacting business. We want clients to be knowledgeable and comfortable with these terms.

Note that any changes to our standard Materials Bid can only be made in writing and with the signature of TerraMai's CEO.
