What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized and curious Product Development Coordinator to support TerraMai’s product innovation efforts. This role blends technical precision with design sensibility — maintaining accurate product data while assisting in the development of new finishes, materials, and product lines.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Product Development to manage product information, coordinate testing and documentation, and help bring new ideas from concept to market. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and hands-on experimentation with materials and finishes.
The ideal candidate will be based within commuting distance of our headquarters in Southern Oregon. Some travel to mills, suppliers, or job sites may be required.
About TerraMai
TerraMai is a leading provider of sustainable and reclaimed wood products, specializing in high-quality materials for commercial architectural and design projects. We are committed to environmental responsibility and offer a unique range of products that combine beauty, durability, and sustainability. We work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and key specifiers to bring their visions to life with exceptional wood.
About the Role
The Product Development Coordinator supports TerraMai’s innovation pipeline by maintaining detailed technical data and assisting with the creation, testing, and documentation of new products.
You will help manage the product database, specifications, and certifications while also contributing creatively to new product finishes, prototypes, and material explorations. Your work ensures that every TerraMai product — from reclaimed wood panels to new acoustic and exterior offerings — is accurately documented, visually refined, and ready for market.
This position is ideal for someone who’s equal parts organized and inventive — comfortable with spreadsheets and data but also excited to experiment in the shop.
