The $60 million renovation of University of Michigan’s South Quadrangle dormitory reflects the school’s drive to be leaders and the best. Throughout the centrally located residence hall, you’ll find TerraMai’s reclaimed Teak Metro paneling. Teak Metro paneling provides complimentary energy to that of the students, students who are called to the university for their grand imaginations and visions to rattle the walls.
TerraMai collaborated on the project with SmithGroup JJR, one of the largest architecture, engineering and planning firms in the United States. As a leading sustainability design firm, SmithGroup JJR deftly integrates sustainable design solutions into their projects.
