CANCELLATION POLICY

TerraMai accepts order cancellations of our Standard materials provided the request is made at least two full days prior to scheduled ship date (restocking fees of 25% apply). Standard materials include only poly finished, oil finished or unfinished flooring, paneling, and decking products that you have ordered through the TerraMai eStore. Cancellations of any other materials/products are not accepted.

REFUND

Assuming your cancellation request is approved, you will be refunded 75% of the total sum paid for your order.
