With the intent of creating
a green home out of a 70-year-old Houston building, James and
Leigh Leasure purchased TerraMai’s reclaimed Teak flooring
for their project. The distinctive and durable wood was just
what they were looking for as an elegant accompaniment to their
dream home. Other green elements include reclaimed wood cabinetry,
beams and doors, on demand hot water, low-e windows and high
efficiency insulation.
